I am happy to provide on-site no-obligation estimates to anyone. The quality cleaning I offer is priced as follows (add GST):
    · Residential:  $32 per hour.
    · Commercial/Office:  request a quote.

Forms of payment accepted:
    · Cash.
    · Personal Cheque.
    · Monthly billing (for regularly scheduled clients only). Terms: net 10EOM.
    · Itex Barter.

In any case you do not pay for travel time, only the actual time that I am on-site. How do my prices compare with others? For commercial cleaning my rates work out a bit higher than other commercial cleaners I know. But once again clients are quite willing to pay because I offer service no other commercial cleaners provide.
